For the littlest of kids, that was the perfect hunt as long as they had no help from adults. I have never seen a hunt for wee ones so small so that makes it odd to me.
I always find it odd for the Easter eggs to be hidden in plain view. I guess it's tradition. For our own kids we always actually hid them, but of course, there was always the one we found the following Easter.

PS - Beware - I'm aiming ANOTHER tag your way!!!
I always liked mine to be a little more hidden. But depending on the age, this could work quite well.

Wonderful shot... I kinda miss participating in the Easter Egg Hunt. The Golden Egg always had an extra surprise :-)
Cool! It's like the Easter Bunny's basket exploded... ;)
