Twofer Tuesday

My days have been filled with work, work, work.  I recently came back from a trip to Conneticut for business.  Luckily, I have had some time to spend time with the dogs and do some activities.  This past weekend, we had a USDAA agility trial.

I cannot take credit for the following photos.  They were taken by our friend Mary and they turned out great.  She took these great photos of Zorra during some of her runs this weekend.  We hadn't trialed for a while and hadn't had an outside trial for a couple of months.  We had a few good runs and actually had 2 qualifying runs.

Katie also attended, but no photos.  Just as well, she was out for a good time and really didn't care if she ran well or not.  As I say, Katie is Katie is Katie.  She decides right before the run whether or not she wants to play.  Sam, maybe next time.  USDAA has more difficult runs that some of the other venues we participate in.  Maybe next time for Sam.  I am not up to his caliber yet. LOL

Zorra takes everything VERY seriously.  She rarely knocks over a bar when she runs, as she is concentrating as hard as she can to do everything perfectly.

I love Zorra's ears when she is running agility or flyball.  They are always flapping around and they bring comic relief to her "game face."  That is one determined look on her face, there.

She isn't a big fan of the A-Frame or teeter totter.  Some dogs (including Katie) actually jump completely over the apex of the A frame.  Not Zorra, in this photo, it looks  she probably had all 4 paws on the apex.  You just can't be too careful, I guess.

And, she normally is very, very careful to get completely down the frame.  You must have at least a toenail in the yellow to score on the A frame.  You can see that she is concentrating very hard to ensure she will score.

Zorra is a funny girl when she is competing.  LOL.

Zora's ears are like wings. She must have been flying. ;) Looks like a fun day.
