Monday is a great day for photo memes!
First up this week is Monochrome Monday by blogging pal Aileni. Here is a shot I took of the horses that draw the canal boat in Metamora.

Here is just an odd shot of plants growing in a crack near a bridge. I guess the seeds were deposited by the wind, floods, or birds.

I love this canal horses photo. The light gives a suggestion of mist rising from the canal. Great perspective on the horses too.

The horses in front of the house could be from a long time ago. Great shot! I have plants growing out of cracks in my sidewalk...keep trying to kill them but they keep coming back. Love the flowers. By the way, you really shocked me when you mentioned The Secret of Roan Inish. No one I know has ever heard of it, let alone seen it. Amazing!
